Party In A Blues Club
Chicago is the World Capital of the Blues and with that title comes no shortage of great venues to host your next Chicago Blues Party. From the North Side to the West Side to the South Side there are plenty of great clubs and incredible bands....we can even go East and take the party out onto a private boat on Lake Michigan but lets take this one step at a time. These are some of the clubs we enjoy frequenting and would suggest for your next blues party.

Kingston Mines

Kingston Mines is Chicago's Oldest and Largest Blues club and they feature more music every night of the week than any other club we have found in the world. This is no joke...everynight of the week you get two blues bands and a minimum of 6 (that's right...count them six) hour long sets on two stages in two rooms. On Thursday-Saturday they add an additional Acoustic set and open the doors at 7pm. They stay open until 4am and the bands play until at least 3:30am every night of the week. We have been booking parties at Kingston Mines for more than 7 years now and have found that when it comes to large events and groups visiting Chicago from out of town Kingston Mines is simply the place to be.
Besides the great Blues and unbeatable history that comes with serving up blues since 1968 Kingston Mines also provides the best in BBQ and Southern Style comfort food from Doc's Rib Joint located within the club. Over the years we have worked to develop several menus and party packages for corporate events and groups of 25 people or more.

B.L.U.E.S. on Halsted

Located across the street from Kingston Mines, B.L.U.E.S. on Halsted makes up the other half of Blues Alley and is a can't miss for any serious blues fan. Since 1979 B.L.U.E.S. on Halsted has showcased some of the best local and national blues acts in one of the most intimate settings you will ever find. This is Chicago's answer to a real Southern Style Juke Joint...intimate doesn't do it justice, you have experience it to fully understand just how up close and personal you can get with your favorite bluesmen and women here. A great venue for groups of 100 or less, B.L.U.E.S. on Halsted can also be available to host your event during the day.
Rosa's Blues Lounge
When it comes to West Side Blues nobody has been doing it better or longer than Rosa's Blues Lounge at 3420 W. Armitage. Tony and Mama Rosa have built this one-of-a-kind club from the ground up since opening more than 30 years ago. Featuring a fun, friendly, and authentic setting to see some of the best local and national bands on the blues scene Rosa's has long been a favorite stop for blues fans from around the world.
